Services Provided
EditLogix provides professional video editing, short-form content creation, thumbnail design, and related post-production services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before project commencement via written communication.
All project scopes must be confirmed in writing before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide raw footage, assets, and creative briefs in a timely manner
- Ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions for content provided to us
- Provide clear and constructive feedback within agreed revision rounds
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
- Not share or resell our proprietary editing techniques or templates
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final edited content. EditLogix retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Turnaround Times
- Short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok): 24–48 business hours
- Long-form content (YouTube, Podcasts): 3–5 business days
- Thumbnail design: 24–48 business hours
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

At EditLogix, we are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your expectations.
We recommend requesting a free sample edit before committing to a full project to ensure our style aligns with your vision.
Cancellation Policy
- Before work begins: Full refund
- During production (under 50% complete): 50% refund
- During production (over 50% complete): No refund; work delivered
- After final delivery: No refund unless deliverable deviates from agreed brief
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if we fail to deliver within agreed timeline, the deliverable fails to meet specifications, or we are unable to complete the project on our end.
Refunds will NOT be issued for change of mind, unclear briefs, delays caused by client, or subjective style preferences.
How to Request a Refund

- Clearly explain the reason with specific details
- Allow us 3–5 business days to review your request
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
