Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms: By accessing the services of EditLogix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services: EditLogix provides professional video editing and thumbnail design services. We do not provide content uploading, channel management, or social media distribution services unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract.

Payment Terms: We accept international payments from Tier-1 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai) via PayPal, Payoneer, and Razorpay. All project milestones must be paid as per the agreed-upon schedule.

Revisions and Delivery: We offer a limited number of revisions per project to ensure efficiency. Final deliverables will be sent via secure cloud storage links (Google Drive/Dropbox).

Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, the edited video belongs to the client. However, EditLogix reserves the right to use snippets of the edited work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
